Samsung has announced that it is collaborating with SAP to bring enterprise apps on its smartphones and wearable devices. The partnership will combine Samsung’s hardware, SAP’s mobile applications, HANA cloud platform, and the Android platform to create tools which can help organisations to create custom business applications for businesses in retail, healthcare, financial, and oil & gas sectors. Using such enterprise apps on Samsung devices, developers and system integrators will be able to create new Internet of Things (IoT) applications which will work in tandem with an organisation’s products and services.
